ECKERCISE CORE

ECKERCISE CORE a class developed to give you the best core of your life. To have a truly ripped mid-section, nutrition is very much part of the equation, however, a good strong core is most definitely needed. With ECKERCISE CORE, we target all twenty-nine muscles of the core. This really shapes and defines the stomach, oblique’s, lower back, love handles, and all the pelvic area.
