We are sorry you want to cancel your appointment, however, your cancellation falls after the 24 hour cancellation window as stated in our membership agreement. In fairness to our other members, your session will be charged. Please contact the studio if you wish to continue cancelling your session. If you wish to keep your session, no further action is necessary on your part.
