ECKERCISE TOTAL BODY is designed to give you an overall toned body. During every class, I target as many muscle as I possibly can. There is something for everyone – those looking for maximum weight loss, increasing muscle tone and endurance training. 

Total body allows you to get the biggest bang for your buck – period.

Constant moving allows your body to be forced to utilize its maximum potential.  A combination of cardio and weights gives you the best of both worlds.
